My journey began with an insatiable curiosity about the human mind and the bigger question, “Who am I and why am I here? This led me to explore consciousness through out-of-body experiences with the Monroe Institute, deepen my understanding of communication through Non-Violent Communication, and learn to connect with inner knowing through focusing oriented therapy. Each exploration expanded my capacity for empathy and intuition.

Inspired by questions about life’s purpose and guided by Michael Newton’s profound work on spiritual regression, I embarked on my own transformative journey. This awakening led me to train with renowned hypnotherapy experts and dedicate myself to facilitating inner healing and growth in others.

My practice is a haven built on compassion, where clients feel safe to release limitations and rediscover their true selves. I believe in empowering transformation, and it’s my privilege to gently guide each individual towards a life of authenticity, confidence, and inner peace.

Hi, I’m Elisa Shine

As a Certified Transpersonal Clinical Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regressionist, I’d love to help you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. I offer clinical hypnotherapy, past life regression, and specialize in Life Between Lives hypnosis.

My own journey with hypnotherapy began in my early 30s when a friend (who was studying to become a hypnotherapist) offered me a session. I was curious, and although I didn’t know what to expect, I agreed. During that session, I uncovered a hidden memory from my childhood – a time when I was bullied – and realized how that experience had shaped my beliefs about myself.
