Transpersonal Hypnotherapy

It is often pointless to attempt to make the change in our conscious mind, when the root of the issue resides in our subconscious. The subconscious is the recorder of the mind. It records all experiences that a person has in the current life and creates beliefs and patterns based on these experiences. Some of the beliefs and patterns do not serve us and create unhealthy habits that can hold us back and sabotage the life that we really want. The subconscious mind cannot be accessed in everyday, ordinary awareness.

With the support of a hypnotherapist you can open the door to the subconscious and access the blocks that are holding you back. Clinical Hypnotherapy seeks to find the root cause of an issue due to current life events. The energy of these events are held in the subconscious mind and with support you can bring it into a conscious level of understanding. Resulting in balance, ease and renewed joy.

If you find that you are repeatedly doing something you do not want to do, or repeatedly not doing something that you want to do, then hypnotherapy can be very effective in changing this pattern.

In transpersonal hypnotherapy the body, mind, soul and spirit of the individual are taken into consideration. The transpersonal approach allows you to tap into a higher level of consciousness where you can gain insight and awareness to questions and on-going issues. This type of therapy works on a very deep level and can help resolve problems and allow you to connect with inner resources and come to a clear understanding and resolution of issues in your life.

Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions address events and experiences from the current life and can be conducted either in person or over Zoom. The process is just as powerful and profound by Zoom as it is in person and for some people it's preferable to do the session by Zoom in the comfort of their own home. Experiencing new levels of acceptance, peace and joy.

  • 1st Step1st Step: Connect

    When you book your session, you will receive an intake form where you can share a little about yourself and the issue that you’d like some help with. Or, if you’d like to speak with me before booking a session you can book a free phone consultation where we can discuss the issue you want some support with, I can answer any questions that you might have and you can determine if I might be the right fit for you.
  • 2nd Step:2nd Step: The Session

    The session takes 1.5 hours. We’ll discuss your intake form, and what you would like from the hypnotherapy, your goals. I can also answer any questions you may have. Next, you make yourself comfortable reclining and I will guide you into a multi-level relaxed state that relaxes your conscious mind (critical, logical part) in order to access the subconscious mind (the recorder and storage of everything!) Depending on the issue you would like to deal with, we use regression to look back at different moments in your life that have resulted in having a certain belief that leads to the fear or habit you currently have. We then apply hypnotherapy techniques to reframe your situation and allow your mind to see it differently. Supporting a shift from deep within.
  • 3rd Step:3rd Step: After Session

    After the session we’ll book another session. For certain issues to see optimal results, I suggest 4-6 sessions, although most people typically start to see results in just a few sessions. Depending on the issue, you may receive a personalized self-hypnosis recording from me to provide support and reinforce the therapy.
